My Ford Explorer has heating issues right at Christmas time they were able to get my vehicle in right after Christmas and got it fixed within a matter of a few days and got it back to me within a matter of 3 days once they got the parts in I got it back the next day they do exceptional work and Bob is awesome to deal with to talk to he keeps you informed

Link Ford customer service was wonderful. My family and I were driving through town when we experienced a flat tire. Not only were they able to find us a spare tire but they were able to fit us in their busy schedule at the drop of a hat. I wish I had a service center in Duluth that was this customer centric based.

Link Ford in Minong is the best car buying experience I've had in my 40 years of driving. TC our salesman was so great. He was fair, cared about our needs and genuinely wanted us to have a good experience. The other sales folks were helpful with our questions as was Joey in finance. Love this place!
